The Izo World team is looking for a Senior Experience Designer specializing in Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) to design measurement models for various consulting projects related to customer voice and the implementation of adjacent technologies.

This role involves solving problems, generating value, and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

What do we expect from you?
  • Analyzing experience measurement models and providing recommendations to improve them.
  • Advising on experience measurement indicators (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.), explaining the pros and cons of each.
  • Configuring and setting up Voice of Customer technology platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, Genesys, Pointillist, Sprinklr, etc.).
  • Designing surveys and dashboards based on business needs.
  • Leading workshops and developing key project deliverables.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential business opportunities for further development.
  • Participating in work dynamics, implementation, and execution of proposed solutions.
  • Advising on and understanding the functional integration of different systems.
  • Solving challenges and complex implementation scenarios while guiding clients through technology adoption.

 



Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys growing professionally and is proactive with a positive, innovative mindset – proactivity and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude are essential

  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to lead projects in English.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Design, or related Engineering fields.
  • Obsessed with customer experience and passionate about improving it.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms.
  • Ability to work with multiple tools and people.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar).
It would be a plus if you have:
  • Certifications in Medallia, Qualtrics, Genesys, Sprinklr, Clarabridge (Discover), etc.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
  • Understanding of APIs and JavaScript.
  • Portuguese (Brazilian) language skills.
