The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hazel Health, you will play a key role in expanding our reach to school districts across the country, helping to connect more students with access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, and other channels in order to build pipeline for our Sales team.

Your day-to-day will include conducting outbound prospecting, following up on any inbound leads, marketing leads, and scheduling initial calls with district decision-makers. You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners, sparking conversations that lead to impactful partnerships between Hazel Health and school communities.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and Generate Leads

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage school district decision-makers.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for Sales reps.
  • Qualify leads and determine alignment with Hazel Health’s mission and solutions.
  • Research school districts to identify key contacts and strategic opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing

  • Work closely with Sales to align on outreach approaches and target key districts.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Share insights on district needs and trends to help inform future sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base pay rate of $28.85 / hour, annual performance bonus eligibility,  a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
