ClearOps is looking for a skilled Senior Technical Account manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the strategic liaison between our valued customers and internal teams. You'll leverage your technical expertise to provide high-level support, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our accounts.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for key accounts, understanding their unique challenges and business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, Engineering, and Implementations teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable enhancement requests, articulating business value and problem statements
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM customer Planner teams through regular, proactive communication
  • Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering innovative solutions
  • Implement proactive account management strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and prevent potential issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Technical Support)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process improvement

Bonus Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Analytics and Planning
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and Scrum best practices
