Requirements

Conduct thorough analysis of staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements

Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs

Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience
