The Helper Bees (THB) was created to fill an obvious need in an underserved community. Inspired by love and brought to reality through passion and determination, The Helper Bees was founded to empower older adult citizens and their families in their search for quality, affordable in-home care providers. We do this by providing older adults the ability to easily review, choose, and access affordable quality in-home helpers.

Job Summary:
As an Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients within your designated payer vertical. This role is about deepening partnerships, ensuring client success, and strategically growing accounts.
You will lead a team of Account Managers, guiding them in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for value-driven expansion, and ensuring our partners receive exceptional service. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address client needs, drive account performance, and support the evolution of our offerings. Your success will be measured not just by revenue growth, but by client retention, account expansion, and overall satisfaction.
