THE POSITION
As a Moving Service Provider (“MSP”) Recruiter, you will actively seek quality moving companies in areas that have been identified as needing additional MSP coverage. You will identify and research potential movers, make cold calls to sell our B2B partnership, and explain the benefits of partnering with Porch Moving Group (“PMG”). As an MSP Recruiter, you will process new MSP applications, track, and maintain MSP recruiting data.
The MSP Recruiter must demonstrate superior sales skills and appropriate negotiation tactics, as well as be able to analyze complex situations and make decisions that are mutually beneficial for PMG and MSPs. Other requirements include being capable of multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks depending on workflow and need. They must be able to work independently and within a team environment. In all aspects of the team members performance and job responsibilities, the MSP Recruiter is expected to work within and support the company's Mission, Vision and Values as well as act as a role model within the team and organization.
WHAT YOU DO
Qualify potential MSP’s, ensuring that all vetting guidelines and requirements are met for the respective onboarding platform.
Sales of services and products to potential MSPs, including both warm leads and cold calling.
New MSP Onboarding and input of MSPs’ information into all software used, accurately and efficiently.
Answer incoming calls from new MSPs and respond to request accordingly.
Following proper guidelines with break, lunches and clocking in/out
Maintaining key Phone KPI Metrics (ACW, Hold Times, Project Other, ETC)
Slack Chat - Be responsive in a timely manner while available in all rooms assigned to the MSP Recruitment Team
Work with all departments of PMG
Representing PMG in a positive manner and maintaining a positive attitude
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Quick recruitment process through video calls.
Pay rate: MXN 97.00 an hour
Monthly Potential bonus: USD 425.00 up to USD 700.00. The bonus will be disbursed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), converted based on the prevailing dollar exchange rate provided by the company at the time of payment.

WHAT YOU BRING:
6 months of experience in Business Development
6 months of experience in lead generation
6 months of experience in cold calling (as a plus)
6 months of experience in negotiation of rates or pricing
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Slack Chat)
Professional phone communication
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Critical problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, and react quickly to changing priorities
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to build rapport
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
