We’re looking for a Founding SDR who can take charge of building out the outbound GTM motion from the ground up into a scalable machine. If you’re looking for a unique leadership experience where you can provide the fuel to power a rocketship in its early days - this is your spot. We’re looking for someone scrappy, metrics-driven, strategic; who will push really hard to drive outsized outcomes. This person will be the first sales hire and will function as an IC for the first ~6-8 months before bringing on more sales/growth reps into their team.                              

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.         

What You'll Do
  • Establish and lead the outbound sales motion to generate qualified leads + meetings, by developing, testing & implementing outbound sales strategies and playbooks (across cold/warm email outbound, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other channels).               
  • Set and track key performance metrics across channels & customer segments.                
  • Run experiments across channels/messaging/strategies and iterate rapidly based on data & metrics.                
  • Set up and optimize sales tools to drive highly effective prospecting & qualified lead generation.                  
  • Building and maintaining a CRM & continuously nurturing leads to drive conversions.            
  • Consistently hitting very high outbound activity metrics on a weekly basis across channels.         
  • Achieving (and exceeding) quotas for qualified lead generation and meetings booked.           
  • Being a thought partner to the founders on all aspects of outbound GTM.                     
  • (Over time) Building out & managing a team of growth experts and sales reps who can drive various outbound sales strategies.               

  • What You Need
  • 4-5+ years of experience in a sales development or outbound sales role, ideally with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.               
  • Experience leading the development, testing and implementation of outbound sales strategies, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.                 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas for booked meetings, and driving meaningful revenue growth.                       
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales engagement tools.              
  • Experience developing, measuring and analyzing key metrics to evaluate the success of outbound strategies.                
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change.             Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.          Someone who is humble, hungry, and best in class at what they do.  

  • Salary & Perks
  • Location: Remote in the USA.          
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 /year            
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.              
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.             
  • Work from home.                 
  • Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
