We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Bilingual Italian/English Sales Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving performance targets in an outbound sales capacity, a passion for travel, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Performance:

  • Achieve and exceed outbound sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, effectively identifying their needs and offering tailored products and services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel services and products to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide high-quality support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience in both Italian and English.
  • Assist customers in booking travel, managing their reservations, and providing essential product and service information.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor during every customer interaction.

Attention to Detail & Organization:

  • Process customer orders, bookings, and inquiries accurately, ensuring all details are entered into the system correctly.
  • Keep track of customer interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolutions in a well-organized manner.
  • Ensure customer records and account details are up-to-date.

Multitasking & Flexibility:

  • Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, including managing customer queries, processing orders, and meeting sales targets, all while maintaining high service standards.
  • Adapt to changes in workload, priorities, and new processes with ease.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support business operations.

Travel Expertise & Passion:

  • Leverage your enthusiasm for travel to advise customers on the best travel options and solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, products, and promotions in the travel industry to better assist customers with their needs.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Share insights and feedback to help improve team processes and customer experiences.
Requirements


Language Skills:

  • Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to switch effortlessly between both languages to provide exceptional service to a diverse customer base.

Sales Experience:

  • A proven record of success in outbound sales, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or a similar sales environment is preferred.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • Strong passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer needs.

Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer information and transactions.

Multitasking Ability:

  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries, calls, and administrative tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Flexibility:

  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service, especially in a support or booking capacity, is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus.
