Job description

Our client is looking for a Freelance Sales Consultant to drive expansion in Latin America. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in industrial automation, conveyor systems, or related fields, and a strong background in B2B technical sales. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, best suited for a consultant with an existing client portfolio who can integrate these solutions into their current offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new clients in the industrial, food, beverage, and mining sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote automation and conveyor system solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding both technical and business needs.
  • Present and explain services such as PLC programming, SCADA systems, and post-sale maintenance.
  • Work closely with the technical team to customize solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors in Latin America.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting within industrial automation, conveyor systems, or related industries.
  • Established network in manufacturing, food, beverage, or mining sectors in Latin America.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, and Industry 4.0 systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, generate leads, and drive revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
