Position Summary: The Provider Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports the day-to-day administration of Bozeman Health's provider (physician and advance practice clinician) compensation plan(s) and Bozeman Health total rewards that are applicable to providers. The Analyst serves as a Human Resource contact for all compensation and benefit-related questions and coordinates with other Human Resources team members for employee questions related to those areas of expertise. Assists with periodic audits of compensation and wage-related data within HRIS, makes corrections/changes as needed with appropriate documentation and communication, and provides compensation-related reports as requested. Responsible for frequent, reliable, professional communication with leadership, individual providers and provider groups.
