What you’ll do at Deel
Deel is a global leader in enabling workforce mobility through innovative solutions. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our Mobility business, which is projected to grow into a significant revenue driver for our business over the next 12 months.
As the General Manager of Mobility, you will own the business's P&L and drive its growth and execution strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a cross-functional team, with additional dotted-line reporting relationships across the organization. You will spearhead the vision and strategy for the Mobility business, ensuring alignment with customer needs and leveraging domain expertise in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands.
Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution.
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, with a focus on mobility and immigration within HR tech.
Provide thought leadership to the organization on workforce mobility trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunities.
Ensure operational excellence and the successful delivery of products and services to customers.
Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for the Mobility business within the broader organization.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management
Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level
Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business.

Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
