As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Negotiating rates with carriers, securing trucking capacity, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Collaborate with the Business Development Team and Pricing Analyst to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers upon receiving new leads.
Confirm quotes with customers, ensure accurate booking of shipments, and perform quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
Have a comprehensive understanding of market rates and trends in the shipping industry to excel in their roles.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with carriers, as this forms the foundation for an effective partnership.
Focus on securing the right carrier at the right price at the right time to ensure the timely delivery of the customer’s goods.
Develop and grow relationships with carriers and other transportation companies.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in Logistics, Carrier Sales, booking and tracking shipments.
Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks:
Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to be assigned in any shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.

Salary: Up to $700
