Role Overview

As a Customer Solutions Architect at Session AI, you will work with both functional and technical customer stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of customer use cases within our platform.

Your work will be meaningful and have a strong impact on Session AI and our client’s success. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from the entire Session AI team, and you’ll interact with some of the best minds in the e-commerce and machine learning spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers by providing technical expertise on the Session AI platform.
  • Understand customers’ business requirements and architect technical solutions for data collection and campaign execution
  • Provide business requirements to Session AI’s engineering team for campaign delivery
  • Project manage customer implementations
  • Interacting with mobile and web Product Engineering teams within large enterprises to build technical solutions for use cases
  • Provide on-time completion of hands-on software development work related to use case implementation.
  • Working closely with Session AI’s Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning organizations to help deliver quality deliverables to the customer
Key Skills, Education, and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ Years of solution development and/or delivery experience with web and mobile software development
  • Must have prior experience in creating technical solutions, architectures, and design documents for the team from business requirements/use cases.
  • Must have previous client-facing experience in planning and implementing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
  • Broad understanding of technologies and best practices around the implementation of HTML5, iOS or Android applications
  • Strong programming experience using server-side Javascript and Java, and working knowledge of CSS and HTML5.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Exposure to stream processing platforms / real-time data sources / API-based microservices will be an added plus.
  • A sound understanding of the data structures and domain (retail/banking/hospitality) is a great plus

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $150,000 + Bonus Depending on the experience
