Commercial Lines Jr. Account Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Commercial Lines Jr. Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in California, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team of associates assisting our Regional Account Manager Team.
• Perform a varied array of functions including, but not limited to, issuing certificates of insurance, crafting proposals, facilitating electronic policy delivery for our customers, as well as other related customer account documents.
• Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assist clients with questions and issue resolution
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School or higher
• Individual must be organized and have good time management skills
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and also can quickly learn new programs
• Must be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Preferably 2 years experience in commercial insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter

• Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year.
