Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Global Core Platform Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team and make a significant impact on the success of Ingenico’s M360 B2B SaaS platform. Our team focuses on core platform functions, including platform content, user management, service configuration, provisioning, billing and subscriptions, observability, alerting, and more. This role will be responsible for delivering the platform’s product and technical content that will be a key enabler to drive client adoption successfully. 

Responsibilities

•    Partner with product managers, product owners, and technical teams to create accurate and easily understood product/technical content
•    Curate content provided by technical teams for our Platform Change Log/Release Notes
•    Master our latest CMS tooling, adopt and contribute to our documentation standards.
•    Prioritize your varied workload, balancing the needs of various stakeholders appropriately
•    Actively participate in team ceremonies to stay up to date with the product’s progress and new features
•    Drive the creation of new content by referencing epic documentation and exploring new features independently to keep on the front foot with content creation
•    Uphold documentation standards and accuracy by conducting peer reviews
•    Actively gather and apply feedback to improve the technical and product content structure, accuracy and readability

Qualifications/Skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
•    Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Enjoys digging in to understand complex topics and distilling those to craft easily digested accurate content
•    Comfortable with remote working and virtual collaboration in a global context
•    Experience working with Git and OpenAPI Specification files
•    Experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Curl, Postman
•    Experience with security concepts (OAuth, encryption basics)
•    Ability to focus on the detail and always committed to following through on issues to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
•    A proven ability to make progress with a level of autonomy
•    Resilient, adaptable and open to change
