The team

The Global Revenue Enablement Department at UserTesting was established to optimize and maximize the productivity and performance of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. We are a critical partner to the global sales, solutions, customer success, and professional services teams, ensuring they have the processes, tools, and enablement resources needed to consistently achieve their targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.


The Opportunity

The Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Customer Engagement & Growth, will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful enablement programs focused on driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion. This role will be instrumental in equipping our GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to cultivate strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Customer Lifecycle Focus: 

    • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs that span the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and advocacy. 

    • This includes creating targeted training materials, playbooks, QBRs, and resources that address the specific needs and challenges of each stage.

  • Cross-selling & Upselling:

    • Design and deliver training programs and resources that empower sales and customer success teams to effectively identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our existing customer base.

    • This includes developing compelling value propositions, competitive differentiation strategies, and effective sales methodologies.

  • Customer Success Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless alignment between enablement initiatives and customer success strategies.

    • This includes collaborating on onboarding programs, success plans, and ongoing engagement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.

  • Advocacy Programs: 

    • Develop and manage programs designed to cultivate and leverage customer advocates. 

    • This includes identifying and nurturing key customer relationships, creating opportunities for customers to share their success stories, and building a thriving community of UserTesting champions.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Training, or a similar role

  • Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies, lifecycle management, and revenue generation models.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, value selling frameworks, and customer success best practices.

  • Experience with sales technologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Chorus).

  • Passion for customer experience and a commitment to driving customer success.
