What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on:
Identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, networking, and events
Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients
Fostering trust and likability with prospects to successfully onboard them to myHR Partner’s services
Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads
Developing and delivering customized HR solutions and pricing proposals
Representing myHR Partner at trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)
Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry, preferably in payroll or outsourced HR services
High energy, motivation, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor
Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships
Experience using CRM software is strongly preferred
Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred
A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

Location: Work from home/remote role with 10% travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us

Salary:Generous salary + commission- total first-year comp target up to $150k
