THE OPPORTUNITY

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the position of Business Development Representative (BDR) at Riskonnect. The primary job responsibilities for the BDR is driving a result driven comprehensive demand generations strategy, spanning from acquisition to engagement to conversion. We have ambitious sales targets. As a BDR, you will be a key player in making our numbers work. To be successful in this role, the BDR must utilize consultative selling by understanding key business issues and requirements in order to craft a solution that best meets each prospective customer's needs.  The ideal candidate must be both strategic and creative and thrive on metrics, with proven expertise in creating and executing multi-touch demand generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Create and manage strategy to grow business and drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities, using Salesloft, Salesforce.com and other tools 

    Develop overall Lead Generation planning efforts including production goals, forecast and measuring overall results 

    Track, analyze and report on performance of KPIs and provide quantifiable metrics and insights through dashboards and monthly reports 

    Measure and report on performance against weekly and quarterly demand goals 

    Propose plans to improve lead quality and maximize pipeline and revenue 

    Accelerate revenue and marketing and sales qualified lead growth via targeted, personalized email nurturing of inbound and outbound leads 

    Collaborate with sales to identify targets for account-based marketing campaigns. 

    Provide prospecting on specific target accounts to enable goals to be achieved  

    Review marketing activity for prospecting.  

    Develop and nurture new leads through the early stages of the sales process. 

    Assist Regional Sales Teams with pipeline management and prospect follow up 

    Stay in constant contact with prospects 

    Assist in the creation, management, process and compliance of CRM data 


REQUIREMENTS

    Data and results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating) with a proven track record of driving lead growth and sales qualified leads 

    Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations 

    Strong understanding of B2B lead generation process and pipeline development and copywriting skills 

    Experience in campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing and ROI calculations 

    2+ years of hands-on experience in managing lead generation efforts 

    4-year degree 

    Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment 

    Outstanding problem-solving skills, quantitative skills and data-driven mindset 

    Hands on experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies (Salesforce and Salesloft preferred) 

    High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary 

    Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
