Product Manager at Sourcefit

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced tech start-up. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development, from conception to market launch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical expertise to drive the creation of products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time)

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify product opportunities.
• Develop product pricing strategies and define product marketing communication objectives.
• Benchmark company products against competitors to assess market positioning and competition.
• Product Development:
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to create high-quality products.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee product development activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Project Management:
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to meet deadlines.
• Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Team Collaboration:
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
• Customer Focus:
• Gain a deep understanding of user experience to identify product gaps and generate new ideas.
• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring products address their challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
