Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly data-driven, growth-minded manager to join our Product Marketing team. This role is critical in driving growth within retail, retail partnerships, and optimizing retargeting marketing strategies. 

In this high-visibility, high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing analytically driven testing agendas and collaborating with cross-functional partner teams to bring these ideas to market. You will report directly to the GTM lead for the personal loans business and support the Marketing department’s strategic direction and contribute to company-wide goals and metrics. 

 

Role Description 

As a Product Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Support initiatives by providing data-driven analysis to secure buy-in and establish alignment across cross-functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, engineering, and legal. Collaborate to guide workstreams necessary for the successful launch, testing, and scaling of new programs. 

  • Retail & Partnership Growth: Design and implement marketing strategies grounded in analytics to drive conversion and expand program reach through economically scalable initiatives. Collaborate with partners to identify and execute growth opportunities. 

  • Retargeting Campaigns: Develop, test, and scale a multichannel marketing journey aimed at improving conversion rates for inflight applicants and reengaging lapsed leads. Leverage data to optimize channel mix and messaging strategies. 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns. Generate reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and improve cost to acquire.  

  • Test and learn Agenda: Design A/B testing and conduct analysis to identify the optimal messaging, channel mix, frequency, and cadence.  

  • Business Communication: Present analytical output to inform strategic and tactical decision making and guide business decisions. Communicate insights to executive level leadership and cross-business stakeholders.   

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business, or Computer Science. 

  • Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing strategy, or related fields. 

  • Technical Skills

  • Strong foundation in data analytics and highly proficient in  SQL (Required). Experience with Python & R is preferred. 

  • Key Attributes

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. 

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and customer experience improvement. 

  • Ability to bring ideas to market through collaboration and a strong executional focus. 

  • Analytical rigor, self-motivation, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. 

  • Flexibility to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
