Wolf Oil Corporation is a Belgium based an independent lubricants company. We specialize in bringing our customers tailored, technology-enhanced lubricants that make engines better, faster, greener and cleaner.
We're hiring a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead the growth and activation of our lubricants brands, Wolf and Champion, in Turkey.
This role requires to be deeply engaged with the market, capable of building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, garages, workshops, spare part retailers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders.
You will focus on managing distributor relationships, co-developing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness, and actively prospecting for new business opportunities while providing technical and commercial training.
You will also represent the company at market fairs and exhibitions to enhance visibility and expand networks, ensuring the successful implementation of territorial sales plans.
This role offers opportunities for growth, with potential to expand responsibilities and contribute to larger initiatives as you demonstrate success and drive impact.
Your key responsibilities - not limitative:
This position required a minimum of 3 days of travel per week in Turkey.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
