Job description

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Provide necessary support to employees with technology, accessories, stationery, etc.
  • Contribute to office support, including organizing and overseeing cleaning schedules, handling minor purchases of products and supplies
  • Coordination with facilities management, building management teams to maintain the office environment and handle any repairs or potential improvements
  • Help in collaboration with external contractors and services (delivery service, florists, etc.)
  • Offer occasional administrative support (e.g., handling, printing documents, etc.)
