Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with an engineering background to join our team and drive sales growth in the Anaheim/Minneapolis market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our client's MedTech solutions, generate leads, and establish strong customer relationships with medical manufacturers and end-product manufacturers in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the medtech industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships, to drive sales growth.
Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) and establish the related systems/procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
About Repserve
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience and proven track record of success in sales, in the medical technology or healthcare industry, preferably related to B2B sales of medical devices and components in the Cardiovascular interventional portfolio.
Strong understanding of the MedTech market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
Proven record in sales management, channel management, and key account management for managerial positions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel across the market territory and occasionally to Southeast Asia for training and meetings.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
