Texas Health Physicians Group is looking for a top skilled Compensation Analyst Financial Provider with Healthcare Finance experience. Is that you?

Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Master's Degree is preferred
5 years of Healthcare Finance experience required,
2 years Provider Compensation experience required
Physician Employment Agreement experience is strongly preferred
What You Will Do
Position exists to provide support for THPG leadership primarily relative to physician compensation modeling/review and includes reporting and analysis, provider compensation, new business growth and ad hoc requests.
This position performs a variety of project-oriented tasks and supports the routine monthly physician compensation payroll calculations and data integrity of production reporting.
Projects include the submission and analysis of compensation survey data used as a basis for physician compensation; analysis of appropriate wRVU assignment; researching and responding to provider and management inquiries regarding physician compensation, journal entries, balance sheet reviews, compensation statement review, table maintenance and provider training.
Responsible for the build and maintenance of Peoplesoft and Heisenberg tables related to physician and APP compensation. Must be able to translate Heisenberg data, benchmark data and provider contracts into monthly journal entries that reflect the organization's financial responsibility per contract.
Validate monthly compensation statements to ensure compliance with contract terms and THR policies. Match intercompany payments to provider compensation statements based on provider/entity specific contractual arrangements. Report system and contract build issues to manager/vendor.
Assist management team with the preparation of the monthly financial statements and annual budget related to provider compensation and benefits by preparing supporting schedules and analyzing data for reasonableness compared to current expense and known changes.
Assist in the analysis of the balance sheet accounts related to provider compensation, physician time sheet submissions and intercompany invoices. Ad hoc projects as needed.
Analyze the impact of annual changes to CMS wRVU tables impacting physician compensation and summarize major changes for the leadership to share with the compensation committee. Validate custom codes are working properly.
Assist with Heisenberg training for providers and operations staff.
Testing and validation of new Heisenberg models and updates. Assist in development and testing to support models and operations.
