We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking AI Automation Specialist to revolutionize how RemoFirst leverages AI technologies. If you have a passion for implementing cutting-edge tools, developing automation solutions, and creating impactful systems that transform knowledge management, this role is for you. 

What you'll be doing:
  • AI Automation & Implementation: Drive automation initiatives by developing and integrating AI tools tailored to departmental needs.
  • Chatbot Development: Build, implement, and maintain conversational AI chatbots to enhance user experience and streamline operations.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop comprehensive knowledge guides and create a "spider of knowledge" system that connects and organizes departmental data efficiently.
  • Tool Development: Conduct basic coding tasks to build or adapt tools, ensuring seamless functionality and integration with existing processes.
  • API Integration: Implement APIs effectively, understanding their outputs, and translating them into actionable insights for the department.
  • AI Tool Research: Go beyond simply identifying AI tools; customize and deploy them for maximum value within the organization.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and design AI-driven solutions that meet strategic goals.
  • Data Governance: Build, audit, and integrate data structures in various tools to surface high-level signal.

  • What you’ll need:
  • Technical Skills:
  • - Strong experience with AI tools and automation solutions.
    - Proficiency in basic coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and tool development.
    - Hands-on experience with API implementation and understanding of outcomes.
  • AI Expertise: Proven ability to design and build chatbots and AI systems that solve real-world problems.
  • Knowledge Management: A knack for organizing complex information into structured, accessible formats.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.

  • How you’ll work:
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must. 
  • Excellent communication skills, as we’re working with many people from all over the world, it’s important for us to communicate, quickly adapt and relay information in different ways.

  • With Research skills you’ll be able to gather, review and analyze information about relative stakeholders for our business and find the best solutions.
