Join Our Team at Lunas Consulting as an SDR

At Lunas Consulting, we're searching for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Represent our clients by deeply understanding their ideal customer profiles
  • Build and manage lists of leads, prospect new opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Use cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Book meetings or calls between prospect and customer.

  • Craft personalized emails and write effective LinkedIn messages.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

  • Setup and manage email and LinkedIn campaigns.

  • Compile reports, analyze data, and collaborate with your manager on strategic next steps.

Required skills and qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and written.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Apollo.

  • Experience with outreach tools such as Reply, Smartlead, Expandi, or Skylead.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.

Technical Requirements:

  • A laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).

  • A fast and reliable internet connection.
