Product Designer | Remote from EU

We seek a highly talented and experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in designing digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-friendly products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of intuitive and innovative digital products.
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to drive product design.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to conceptualize ideas.
• Support the sales process by creating designs that appeal to potential customers.
• Produce high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ensure designs are accessible and comply with design guidelines and standards.
• Communicate design decisions and align product implementation with design intent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product designer in agile software projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience designing digital products.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and user research methods.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); and German (nice-to-have).
