Job description

We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their alignment with our solutions, understanding their needs through discovery calls, and positioning our products as the ideal fit.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead activities in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and provide valuable feedback to our marketing and product teams.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to strategize on lead conversion and contribute to regular sales meetings with updates on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong pronunciation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
