What You Will Be Doing
Build and maintain a strong technical relationship with customers, aligning the product’s value with their needs, training users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop deep expertise with our platform and business applications to understand customer challenges and requirements.
Lead efforts to maximize product adoption and ensure customers derive increasing value from its use.
Provide internal teams with customer insights, use cases, and requirements to inform product and engineering decisions.
What You Will Need
5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
DevOps products experience preferred.
Must have experience with pre-sales and post-sales.
Proven experience with complex technical products.
Skilled in collaborating with customer technical teams (e.g., developers, IT professionals).
Proficient in coding/scripting, command-line tools, and version control systems.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience engaging with Product and Engineering teams..
