  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including leading the onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes
  • Design and coordinate employee wellness program together with the Wellness lead, such as wellness awareness workshops, wellness initiatives, and mental health programs
  • Develop DE&I activities together with the Engagement and DE&I leads to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction
  • Work closely with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase employee satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees across all levels of the organization to ensure positive employee experience
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and implement company-wide initiatives that align with our mission and values
  • Create and maintain documentation related to employee experience, such as employee handbooks and training materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, HR or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in employee experience and/or wellness management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of employee EX, wellness, DE&I and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening and influencing skills. Comfortable working with all levels of employees
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resilient and positive mindset with high energy. Is curious and has natural empathy and encourages collaboration
  • Confident team player, result-driven approach and can work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English
