Your HR Playground:

We are looking for an Employee Experience & Culture Manager to work with an established HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in providing an elevated & memorable experience for our employees. You will be a champion of our culture and well being and will drive initiatives that promote every touchpoint of the Employee lifecycle journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify cross-functional skill gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives to address critical needs
  • Establish unified measurement systems to track the impact of talent development on KPIs
  • Design and execute employee experience programs aimed at improving retention and productivity
  • Identify engagement gaps and key drivers and implement targeted initiatives to address both
  • Manage a learning management system (LMS) that aligns training programs with performance outcomes
  • Partner with department heads and SMEs to create targeted training
  • Recognise high-potential employees (HiPos) and build coaching programs to address performance challenges, enhance retention of top talent, and support succession planning
  • Design performance management processes that balance growth opportunities with accountability
  • Establish clear connections between performance metrics and financial outcomes
  • Develop targeted interventions when performance data indicates potential business risks
  • Track and analyse available data to quantify the impact of skill development on competitive advantage
  • Report on development outcomes and their alignment with business results
  • Design recognition programs that reinforce high performance and employee engagement
  • Establish feedback mechanisms that promote continuous improvement and satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Employee Experience team to drive performance and engagement
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Allocate resources effectively to support employee experience and development initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR and employee engagement in a leadership role in a fast paced online environment
  • Previous experience of working in a fully remote, global and multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to drive engagement, retention and performance management initiatives
  • An expert in effectively influence and partner with senior leadership
  • Support the company’s team integration, team building and culture planning initiatives
  • Able to have a hands-on approach to setting up the function and managing HR operations in a fully remote online environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
