Your HR Playground:
We are looking for an Employee Experience & Culture Manager to work with an established HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in providing an elevated & memorable experience for our employees. You will be a champion of our culture and well being and will drive initiatives that promote every touchpoint of the Employee lifecycle journey.
What You’ll Do:
Identify cross-functional skill gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives to address critical needs
Establish unified measurement systems to track the impact of talent development on KPIs
Design and execute employee experience programs aimed at improving retention and productivity
Identify engagement gaps and key drivers and implement targeted initiatives to address both
Manage a learning management system (LMS) that aligns training programs with performance outcomes
Partner with department heads and SMEs to create targeted training
Recognise high-potential employees (HiPos) and build coaching programs to address performance challenges, enhance retention of top talent, and support succession planning
Design performance management processes that balance growth opportunities with accountability
Establish clear connections between performance metrics and financial outcomes
Develop targeted interventions when performance data indicates potential business risks
Track and analyse available data to quantify the impact of skill development on competitive advantage
Report on development outcomes and their alignment with business results
Design recognition programs that reinforce high performance and employee engagement
Establish feedback mechanisms that promote continuous improvement and satisfaction
Lead, mentor and develop the Employee Experience team to drive performance and engagement
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Allocate resources effectively to support employee experience and development initiatives
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in HR and employee engagement in a leadership role in a fast paced online environment
Previous experience of working in a fully remote, global and multicultural environment
Proven ability to drive engagement, retention and performance management initiatives
An expert in effectively influence and partner with senior leadership
Support the company’s team integration, team building and culture planning initiatives
Able to have a hands-on approach to setting up the function and managing HR operations in a fully remote online environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
