Leveraging our extensive experience in developing customer care tailored to the immediate needs of HelloFresh, our solutions are hyper-focused on serving high-growth companies. Located in Manila, Philippines, we are now making this service available to other companies to benefit from our experience, scale, cost savings, and service level improvements.
Job Descriptions
The main aspect of the role will be as the voice of the brand and community, taking calls from our members and encouraging them to continue with their membership, doing outbound calls to upgrade or reactive the account of the customers who canceled before. The channel/skilling may change depending on the client's request (inbound, outbound, reactivation, CS, etc..)
Responsibilities and duties
Manage and update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet targets and performance metrics set by the clients.
Skills and preferred qualifications
Previous experience in sales - preferably in a subscription-based service or a
related industry.An interest/passion for Craft Beer and Wine - ideal but not essential.
