Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced SEO Director / Head of SEO to lead and shape our SEO strategy. This role involves defining SEO goals, managing a skilled team, and implementing strategies to improve search rankings and grow organic traffic. As part of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with other departments to drive company-wide success in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic search visibility.
Manage and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and professional development.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website structure, content, and technical elements to maximize search engine performance.
Collaborate with content and development teams to align SEO initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Track and report SEO performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of SEO experience in a senior role.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing an SEO team.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for working with teams and presenting strategies.

Location:
This role is fully remote, primarily focusing on the Australian market.
