Overview

The STIBO PIM Developer plays a critical role in the organization by managing and optimizing product information through the Stibo PIM (Product Information Management) system. This position is essential for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of product data across various platforms. The STIBO PIM Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and supply chain, to enhance product data management processes and deliver high-quality product information to improve customer experience and drive sales. The successful candidate will utilize technical skills and expertise in PIM systems to implement effective data strategies and solutions. This role is vital as organizations seek to enhance their product data quality and leverage it for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure STIBO PIM solutions tailored to business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement PIM strategies.
Conduct data modeling and ensure data quality within the PIM systems.
Integrate PIM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and eCommerce platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations.
Develop and execute testing strategies for new implementations and updates.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PIM-related issues.
Assist in data migration projects, ensuring data integrity during transfers.
Train users on PIM functionalities and best practices.
Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Keep up to date with industry trends and evolving technologies related to PIM.
Work closely with the data governance team to enforce data standards.
Analyze product data workflows and recommend improvements.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for enhancements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the product data management strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in STIBO PIM development or similar roles.
Strong understanding of PIM systems, especially STIBO.
Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with API integrations and data migration.
Solid knowledge of data modeling principles.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and integration requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Project management experience, preferably with Agile methodologies.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Experience creating technical documentation and user training materials.
Knowledge of data governance and management practices.
Continuous learner with adaptability to new technologies.
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are advantageous.
