Job Requirements:

  • Video Editing Skills: Strong video editing experience with proven examples of past work that matches or exceeds the current company style. 
  • Social Media Proficiency: Experience managing social media platforms, with a focus on creating engaging content (video-focused). 
  • Excellent American English Skills: Must have outstanding American English accent, grammar, writing, and communication skills to create compelling and polished content. 
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative social media strategies while following the existing style of content. 
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding of social media analytics to track performance and suggest improvements. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adopt the companys style and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Core responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit and create high-quality videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the companys current style and examples. 
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while keeping with the companys existing style. 
  • Platform Management: Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms. 
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and edit social media posts, focusing on video content that resonates with the target audience and fits the companys branding. 
  • Metrics and Optimization: Analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for improving content and strategies. 
  • Strategy Innovation: Proactively bring in new social media strategies to drive growth and audience engagement, without the need for extensive past experience.
