Job description

Our Client, a Staffing company, is looking for an Account Manager for their Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities:

Competitive salary and commission package.

Handle day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Establish relationships with client stakeholders, pursuing additional business within existing client accounts, including access to new job categories, contract roles, SOWs, projects, and direct hire opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including the Recruiting/Delivery Team, Back Office Team, and Business Development Team to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet goals.

Requirements:

Hybrid schedule. Will be required to travel to client locations in the greater Richmond area.

Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Business Development experience in the staffing industry.
Must reside in the greater Richmond, VA area
