Position Title: Entry Level Cash Application Specialist (Entry Level)

Location: REMOTE!

Industry: Professional Services

Pay: $18-19/hr.

A well-known company in the professional services industry is urgently hiring for an up-and-coming accounting professional to join their Accounts Receivable team within their Cash & Sales Audit department. Qualified candidates would have an associate/bachelor’s degree and be interested in the accounting field. This position is fully remote!

Candidates Will Be Trained On The Below

Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances
Review payments and apply them to the correct customer account
Create regular reports to accurately track financial information
Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
Engage in collection management processes as necessary
Assist department with other AR related work including credit/collections as needed.
Manipulate data using excel

Qualifications

Bachelors/Associate’s in Accounting or related field
Highly organized and able to multitask
Knowledge of Excel
