⭐Candidata/o ideal

      - Conocimientos amplios de UX, tanto en su forma escrita como visual.

      - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

      - Dominio de herramientas de diseño UX como Figma y Localize.

      - Capacidad para analizar datos y basar las decisiones de UX Writing en evidencias.

      - Conocimiento en accesibilidad para crear guías y experiencias accesibles.

      - Experiencia en gestión de traducciones y localización de contenidos.

⭐Funciones y responsabilidades

      - Crear propuestas de escritura de UX para productos digitales de Novum Apps y otros productos internos.

      - Analizar la arquitectura de la información en los productos digitales y proponer cambios.

      - Evaluar datos y rendimiento de los copys para optimizar los textos.

      - Desarrollar y mantener la guía de estilo de contenido coordinada con el sistema de diseño Mística.

      - Contribuir a los esfuerzos de localización, manteniendo la voz de la marca y calidad en UX.

      -️ Gestionar la herramienta de copys y actualizar los PRDs correspondientes.

      - Colaborar con user research para diseñar pruebas de usuario.

      - Definir una UX inclusiva y accesible, facilitando labels de accesibilidad desde el inicio del desarrollo.
