AEM Content Producer

Responsibilities:

Creating, managing, and maintaining content within AEM

Structuring content according to AEM components, templates, assets, and workflows

Ensuring adherence to best practices for AEM site architecture, and quality controls

Collaborating with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to optimize AEM functionality

Managing and troubleshooting AEM authoring issues, including content migration and updates

Overseeing workflow automation and permissions for content publishing

Troubleshooting AEM content issues and managing content migrations

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in AEM content authoring and management

Deep expertise in AEM authoring tools, workflows, and DAM

Knowledge of AEM templates, components, and DAM (Digital Asset Management)

Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and accessibility compliance

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content formatting and minor adjustments Collaboration with UX, developers, and business teams Fluent and efficient communication skills in English are necessary for direct communication with clients and across different departments

Nice to have:

Experience in digital marketing or content strategy is a plus

Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira
