YOUR MISSION

As a Brand Ads Analyst at Glovo, you’ll be a key player in the Brands Ads (BAds) team, helping Brands increase their reach, engagement, and sales with Glovo’s fast-growing audience. You’ll drive sustainable growth for top Brands and establish Glovo as the go-to advertising platform in Kyrgyzstan.

THE JOURNEY

  • Forge and strengthen partnerships with FMCG, Finance, and Non-endemic Brands, amplifying their success through Glovo’s Retail Marketing Tools.
  • Craft efficient, high-performing sales funnels and refine our processes to drive excellence in outbound sales.
  • Act as a proactive partner, anticipating Brand needs and delivering exceptional support for Glovo’s ad solutions.
  • Seamlessly manage campaign execution, translate data into actionable insights, and champion results to foster loyalty and drive recurring investments.
  • Shape the future with innovative playbooks and custom strategies tailored to different advertiser segments, propelling revenue growth.
  • Ensure accurate billing, oversee financial processes, and manage the rollout of Brand Ads Products across priority sectors
  • Set and reach quarterly and annual goals with Brands, sharing success stories and best practices to inspire further achievement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
  • 1 year of experience in marketing or sales, ideally within media, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
  • Masterful organization, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for making data visualizations come to life through compelling presentations.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences alike, and fluency in Russian and English.
  • A self-starter attitude with an unstoppable drive to deliver, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with an understanding of paid, owned, and earned media.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for growth and strong client relationships.
