The Challenge:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who knows the ins and outs of strategically selling professional services and related products, with a deep-seated passion for holistic healthcare. If you have a knack for building relationships, a strategic mindset, and an unstoppable drive to exceed sales targets, this is your calling.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Hunter:
- Identify, research, and zero in on potential clients within the holistic healthcare sector, from cutting-edge clinics to innovative wellness centers.
- Utilize your strategic, consultative sales approach to envision creative ways to leverage MBT services to address challenges in prospective client accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers. Forge and nurture lasting relationships, diving deep into clients’ talent and practice performance needs to propose bespoke solutions.
- Dazzle prospects with compelling presentations that showcase the unmatched value and strategic importance of MBT services.
- Strategize and Conquer:
- Craft and execute killer sales strategies to dominate the market and crush your sales targets.
- Stay ahead of the curve with meticulous market research, keeping tabs on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor moves.
- Collaborate with our marketing gurus to develop irresistible sales materials and campaigns.
- Drive Excellence in Service:
- Partner with our top-notch recruiting and professional services teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless matches for client needs.
- Keep clients in the loop with regular updates, swiftly resolving any issues to maintain our stellar reputation.
- Measure and Amplify Success:
- Track and analyze sales performance, continuously honing your approach for maximum impact.
- Regularly report your victories and insights to management, showcasing your achievements and plotting future conquests.
Who You Are:
- A sales virtuoso with 3+ years of experience, ideally in the fields of talent acquisition, professional services or holistic healthcare services.
- Demonstrated skills and experience deploying one or more of the top strategic selling training programs: Target Account Selling (TAS), Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Richardson Sales Performance, or equivalent.
- A holistic health enthusiast with a finger on the pulse of industry practices and trends.
- A relationship-building wizard with the charm and savvy to influence key decision-makers.
- A communication maestro, able to captivate and persuade through both spoken and written word.
- A relentless achiever with a proven track record of smashing sales targets.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A self-starter with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
