Value & Overview of the Role | The objective of this role is to set up our Appraisers and Clients for success. You will achieve this through proactive order management, designed to reduce turnaround time, reduce unnecessary client incoming calls, and enhance our Appraiser and Client experience. As an Appraiser Success Specialist, you are driven by collective success and are naturally personable, professional, and collaborative. You will work closely and build effective relationships with our Appraisal Firms and Appraisers to minimize the delays and expedite in-progress appraisal orders. |
