What’s the role?

We are seeking enthusiastic Small Business Account Executives (or Growth Specialists, as we affectionately refer to them) to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping small businesses leverage HubSpot's powerful tools and resources to achieve their growth objectives. You will play a key role in providing personalized guidance and support to our valued customers.

What will you do? 

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes to surpass monthly quotas
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to establish new deals 
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Provide expert advice on how to best utilise HubSpot's platform for business growth
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our sales strategy in alignment with new offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge and skills

Who are you? 

  • Experience in full sales cycle management with a complex software solution 
  • Strong skills in prospecting, nurturing and net new business development within outbound sales contexts 
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets
  • Focused on your goals and and the belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • Exceptional consultative sales abilities and expertise in closing deals
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience working with a high volume of leads
  • Passionate about Small Businesses and Solving for the Customer
