Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you great at talking to people and helping a business grow?

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. You will be in charge of finding leads, building relationships, and bringing in qualified leads for our client’s sales team. This role will help start important conversations that lead to closing deals for our clients. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage on LinkedIn: Leave thoughtful comments to build and nurture relationships.

  • Cold Outreach Campaigns: Send cold emails and social media messages to generate interest and find new leads.

  • Schedule Initial Calls: Be the first contact for new leads by scheduling calls and making sure they smoothly move to the next step.

  • Optimize Campaigns: Improve outreach strategies to get more responses and calls scheduled.

Lead List Building : Use tools to create lead lists and keep them organized in Google Sheets.

Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you…

  • Have 2+ years of business development experience.

  • Have experience with cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach.

  • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include the word “BDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
