Stellenbeschreibung
  • disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Sales Teams mit zur Zeit 3 Mitarbeitenden
  • Festlegung der Vertriebsstrategien für den Bereich Natural Resources, der weltweit für die Petro-, die petrochemische und die chemische Industrie tätig ist
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Development, dem Management sowie internationalen SGS-Einheiten
  • Ausbau des Geschäfts in bereits etablierten Service-Bereichen
  • diese Position berichtet direkt an den Director Natural Resources

Qualifikationen
  • abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Sales, idealerweise im Vertrieb von Dienstleistungen sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Sales-Teams
  • vertraut mit Themen rund um Analytik, Inspektion und Qualitätskontrolle in den Bereichen Öl, Gas, Chemie und Agrarwirtschaft 
  • sehr gutes kommunikatives und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
  • Freude an Akquise und Vertrieb
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) sowie Reisebereitschaft (>50%)
