Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical skills to enhance and automate support processes, collaborating with the IT team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Problem-solving & Communication: Analyze bug reports, troubleshoot transactions, and navigate user interface issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Community Champion: Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across various channels (app stores, social media) to gauge user sentiment.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal flows and support processes to deliver a seamless user experience.
To be successful, you possess:
Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry (a plus).
Proven track record in a customer support or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for Web3 and open financial systems.
Experience with Intercom, Jira, and other support platforms.
