Job description

Title: Sales Director
100% Remote with 25-50% travel
Direct Hire only
Base $100-$120k, with $50k+ commissions (First year OTE $175K)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a partner channel network for SaaS solutions
  • Work closely with marketing to recruit, nurture, and grow partnerships within your designated territory.
  • Drive the sales process from initial opportunity qualification through to deal closure.
  • Conduct tailored, high-level presales demonstrations to finalize the sale for both partners and end-users.
  • Create demand within your region by leveraging referrals from partners, clients, and various business activities.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen relationships and expand networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel at least 30%.
  • 5 years of experience in SaaS software solution sales.
  • Preferred experience in CRM and ERP sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to effectively communicate value propositions to C-Level, Sales, and Marketing executives.
  • Experience in preparing comprehensive client proposals.
  • Skilled at gathering client requirements and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
