Job Description

  • Conduct daily audits of employee timesheets in Deltek T&E 10, managing 8000 employees across 1000 contracts.
  • Verify timesheets are entered, signed off, or identify missing employees who need to be added.
  • Perform weekly labor posting to Costpoint on Mondays.
  • Review the General Ledger to ensure accurate postings.
  • Ensure a net to zero balance between payroll and labor.
  • Make weekly timesheet corrections on Fridays.
  • Assist with changes in allowances, labor posting inquiries, and ad hoc labor-related tasks.
  • Utilize Cognos for labor reporting.
  • Collaborate with Project Controllers to support project community labor needs.

Skills

  • 5+ years of payroll experience with heavy labor exposure in companies with 2000+ employees and a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Deltek Costpoint experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Experience with Cognos reporting

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.
