Job description

Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager for Offline Events, you will be responsible for planning and executing thatgamecompany's (TGC) offline promotional activities in China, covering all TGC game brands. You will ensure that each event is meticulously planned and executed to the highest standards, from preparation and execution to post-event analysis, creating unforgettable experiences for players. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with event organizers, venue providers, and other partners, as well as managing event budgets and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of offline promotional activities for TGC game brands in China, including game exhibitions, fan meetups, and brand collaboration events.

  • Collaborate closely with event organizers, venue providers, creative teams, and other partners to ensure successful events.

  • Manage event budgets to ensure efficient use of resources, control costs, and maximize return on investment.

  • Track and analyze event outcomes, providing data-driven insights for future event planning and improvements.

  • Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues to ensure the quality and experience of the events.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in planning and executing offline events, with familiarity with gaming exhibitions and related activities in China.

  • Proven experience in independently managing large-scale offline events from start to finish, with the ability to execute effectively in complex environments.

  • Deep passion for TGC game brands, with the ability to understand and convey the brand culture to audiences.

  • Detail-oriented with strong initiative, excellent execution capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure their quality.
