About The Opportunity

Dayforce is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy & execution for a portfolio of solutions across multiple segments. This portfolio includes our SMB (Small and Medium Business) solution in Canada, consisting of Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Implementation, and Managed Services, as well as our flagship enterprise Dayforce Payroll solution. This strategic role will work closely with cross-functional teams—Product Management, Sales, Services, and Marketing—to drive growth, shape our market position, and elevate our go-to-market initiatives.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, results-oriented marketing leader who thrives in an agile and collaborative environment, with a passion for innovation and business impact.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Strategic Messaging & Positioning: Own and refine the messaging and positioning for Dayforce Payroll and the entire Powerpay product suite, creating a cohesive narrative across payroll, HR, time and attendance, and services.
  • Customer Expansion: Leverage data-driven insights to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our existing customer base, tailoring messaging to specific personas.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Develop refined customer personas and segmentation strategies to drive more effective and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing materials, including product decks, web content, and sales collateral, that align with our brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with field marketing and sales leadership to create and execute go-to-market plans that raise awareness and generate demand for Powerpay and Dayforce Payroll.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Product teams to deliver training, tools, and resources that empower sales teams to close deals effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve positioning, messaging, and sales performance.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, with at least 4 years focused on product marketing within a Payroll or HCM SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proven track record of leveraging data to inform marketing strategies.
  • A quick learner with a strong interest in technology products, capable of seeing the broader picture and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passionate product and marketing advocate, enthusiastic about launching and managing solutions that drive significant business impact.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • A natural storyteller with excellent writing skills and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with customer pain points.
  • Superb communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful technical presentations and training sessions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and excel both in a team and independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required, Postgraduate Degree (MBA) preferred.
